POKER BLACK JACK TERMINOLOGY

ANTE?

To place an agreed-upon amount of money on the table before the draw. Each player bets the same poker amount.

BLUFF?

The ability to misrepresent ones hand.

CALL?

To match the previous bet. CHECK?When the player passes on his turn.

DRAW?

The basic style of poker in which each player is dealt five cards, face down, jacks or casino black jack better to open. FIVE-CARD STUD?The type of poker in which only the first card is dealt face down and the other four are face up.

FLUSH?

HIGH-LOW STUD?
